The proposal: bring retouching in-house with a standardised checklist covering floor cleanup, fabric crease reduction, colour matching and colour changing.

A recurring short-form series captured during fittings and wear-tests — real garments on real bodies, in natural light, published the same week they’re shot.

The format: 15–30 second vertical cuts. One garment, one movement, one detail. No heavy grade, no over-production — the clothing carries it.

Why it wins: a repeatable format that turns an existing production moment into a steady stream of native-feeling content, at near-zero marginal cost.
